Your meals on the go or at work will never be boring again with this recipe. Especially if you love Greek flavors! The preparation is incredibly simple. Season and cook the mini chicken fillets from Perutnina Ptuj, then just add all the ingredients to a large board, finely chop them, season, stuff the mixture into the tortilla, and roll it tightly. Preparation process

  1. Mix the mini chicken fillets with yogurt, oregano, paprika, garlic, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Place the marinated fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 180°C.

  2. Then, on a large board, add the chopped lettuce, onion, pepper, cucumber, feta cheese, capers, mayonnaise, and mustard seeds.

  3. Chop everything together so it mixes well and forms a flavorful filling.

  4. Spread the filling onto 4 large tortillas and roll them up as shown in the video.

  5. If preparing in advance, wrap the tortillas in foil or store them in a container – they will last up to 3 days in the fridge!

If desired, you can lightly toast them in a dry pan before serving for extra flavor!
