Bringing together two culinary worlds for a unique dining experience.

Preparation process

Preparation of sweet potatoes:

  1. Peel and cut the potatoes into suitable pieces and season to taste.

  2. Spread evenly in an airfryer (or in the oven) and bake at the optimum temperature and time to achieve the desired texture and crispiness.


Caramelised onions:

  1. Cut the onions into rings and place the contents in a pan.

  2. Slowly sauté the onions until completely soft.

  3. Add a teaspoon of brown sugar and salt to taste.

Sauce preparation:

  1. First chop and fry the mushrooms, then leave to cool.

  2. In a bowl, combine the cooled chopped mushrooms, Greek yoghurt (3 tbsp), cream cheese (3 tbsp) and mayonnaise light (2 tbsp).

  3. Add salt to taste and garlic powder and stir well to combine the ingredients evenly and make a thick and tasty sauce.
