Postupak pripreme

Uključite rernu da se greje na 200 °C.

Posolite i pobiberite pileće šnicle sa obe strane. Uzmite dublji tiganj bez plastičnih i drvenih delova (da može u rernu) i sipajte maslinovo ulje i puter, pa stavite da se zagreje. Na zagrejanu masnoću stavite šnicle i propecite ih 3-4 minuta sa svake strane. Sklonite tiganj sa šniclama sa vatre.

Svaku šniclu premažite sa pestom od bosiljka, preko pesta poređajte kriške mocarele, a preko mocarele stavite krišku paradajza.

Stavite tiganj u rernu i pecite 10 do 12 minuta. Nakon vađenja iz rerne, piletinu pokapajte sa malo aceto balsamico krema.
