Čorba sa piletinom i pirinčem

Postupak pripreme

Sipajte ulje u šerpicu, pa na ulje dodajte šargarepu i peršun isečen na kolutiće i piletinu isečenu na kockice. Kratko propržite, pa dodajte celu glavicu luka i još malo propecite, a zatim nalijte vodu. Dodajte začin od suvog povrća, pirinač, so i biber, pa držite čorbu na jačoj temperaturi da proključa. Kada proključa smanjite temperaturu i ostavite čorbu da krčka oko 30 minuta, odnosno dok se pirinač i piletina ne skuvaju.

Kada primetite da je meso kuvano, izvadite i bacite glavicu luka.

Posebno izmešajte jaje i pavlaku. Isključite šporet, pa u vrelu čorbu sipajte smesu od jaja i promešajte. Služite odmah, posuto sitno seckanim peršunom.
