Kremasta čorba sa piletinom i njokama

Postupak pripreme

Iseckajte slaninu na kockice i sipajte u lonac u kom ćete kuvati supu. Zagrevajte na umerenoj vatri nekoliko minuta da se slanina istopi i dobije boju. Na slaninu dodajte puter, a kad se istopi dodajte sitno seckan luk, šargarepu i štapić celera. Dinstajte povrće na umerenoj temperaturi oko 5 minuta, uz mešanje. Zatim dodajte sitno seckan beli luk i dinstajte još 1 do 2 minuta. Dodajte majčinu dušicu i ruzmarin, a zatim i belo vino.

Krčkajte nekoliko minuta da veći deo vina ispari, pa posolite, pobiberite i dodajte alevu papriku. Izmešajte, pa dodajte brašno i još jednom dobro izmešajte. Na brašno počnite dodavati pileću supu, uz mešanje, da izbegnete stvaranje grudvica. Kada ste dodali svu količinu supe, dodajte i piletinu, poklopite i ostavite čorbu da proključa.

Kada čorba proključa, neka kuva oko 25 minuta, da meso bude skuvano. Kada je meso kuvano, dodajte spanać i njoke, pa kuvajte nekoliko minuta, prema uputstvu sa pakovanja njoka. Na kraju dodajte mleko, slatku pavlaku i parmezan. Ostavite da čorba ponovo provri, pa sklonite sa šporeta. Neka odstoji pre služenja 15 do 20 minuta. Prilikom služenja pospite sitno seckanim peršunovim listom.
