Pečeno pile sa nektarinama

Postupak pripreme

Premažite pile uljem i natrljajte ga solju i biberom. U duboki vatrostalni sud nalijte osnovicu za supu i položite pile. Oko piletine rasporedite grančice ruzmarina i sud pokrijte poklopcem ili aluminijumskom folijom (folija ne sme da dodiruje pile). Stavite u rernu i pecite približno sat i po, na 200 °C. Uzmite sud iz rerne, dodajte nektarine isečene na četvrtine i pecite nepoklopljeno još 20 minuta, da pile dobije lepu zlatnožutu boju a nektarine omekšaju.
