Pile, pečeno u senu

Postupak pripreme

Operite pile, osušite ga i natrljajte solju i biberom. Napravite „gnezdo“ od sena u sudu za pečenje, u gnezdo stavite grančice bosiljka, lovora, žalfije i neoljuštene čenove belog luka. Stavite piletinu po sredini. Zagrejte mast u posebnoj posudi i prelijte je preko piletine. Stavite sud za pečenje u zagrejanu rernu i pecite na 220 °C sa uključenom funkcijom gornji grejač-roštilj oko 10 minuta, tako da pile lepo porumeni. Zatim okrenite pile i pecite ga na drugoj strani oko 10 minuta. Pokrijte sud za pečenje i pecite pile na 160 °C sa uključenom ventilacijom oko 60-70 minuta. Ako je potrebno, prelivajte ga bujonom tokom pečenja.
