Postupak pripreme

Uključite rernu da se greje na 220 °C. Pripremite tepsiju u kojoj ćete peći meso i povrće.

Najpre pripremite preliv, tako što ćete dobro izmešati sve navedene sastojke u glatku smesu. Polovinu preliva sipajte preko isečenog mesa i dobro promešajte, da se meso obloži sa svih strana. Stavite u frižider da se marinira bar 30 minuta.

Batat očistiti i iseći na kockice. Očišćeni prokelj samo prepoloviti, luk iseći na rebarca, a slaninu na kockice. Povrće i slaninu izmešati, pa preliti preostalim prelivom i izmešati sve još jednom. Prebaciti u pripremljenu tepsiju, a preko povrća poređati marinirano meso. Staviti u zagrejanu rernu i peći 45 do 50 minuta, dok lepo ne porumeni i meso ne omekša.

Služiti toplo, uz neki rustični hleb.
