Postupak pripreme

Pileće šnicle posolite i pobiberite sa obe strane, pa ih kratko propecite na malo ulja. Pečene šnicle poređajte u tepsiju ili drugu posudu koja može u rernu. Rernu uključite da se greje na 200 °C.

Svaku propečenu šniclu pospite sa malo suvog začina od povrća. Na svaku šniclu stavite po 1 ili 2 kriške pancete, a zatim i listić trapista. Premažite ih kiselom pavlakom i stavite u zagrejanu rernu. Pecite 15 do 20 minuta, dok se sir ne istopi i pavlaka počne dobijati boju.
